Doesn’t Follow Keto Macro %, Many Recipes Are Lazy and Poorly Conceived The point of keto is to consume large amounts of fat so that your body can enter ketosis – allowing your body to burn fat as a primary energy source. Unfortunately, this concept is missed by many of the recipes as they tend to have a higher amount of protein than desired. Add to that many of the main dishes have a high amount of carbs per serving making it difficult to create an entire day’s meal plan with these recipes.
