I love the simplicity of the recipes I like the simplicity of the recipes. For example – flank steak with broccoli. Why do I need a recipe for that? Because, when I get home from work and just want to throw something in the oven, I don’t have to do any math and calculate the macros – it’s at the end of the recipe. Some recipes are more elaborate than that, but I like that they are not full of obscure ingredients – it’s almost all whole, natural foods that any grocery store should have. Fast, Simple, Delicious. Excellent! I could tell as soon as I started reading this cookbook that it would be good. The recipes are clearly laid our, and they highlight egg-free, nut-free, and dairy-free for those with special dietary needs. The only problem some people might have is that there are no pictures of the dishes. Each recipe has a graphic that shows how it’s prepared… skillet, sheet pan, casserole, etc. That’s a nice touch, but I know a lot of people complain if there are no photos. Great Recipes-No pictures Great ketogenic recipes that seem easy to make and have tons of flavor. Big Downside- (for us anyway)- there are no pictures of the recipes. If you prefer a cookbook with pictures of the recipes this won’t be it.
