What is SO AMAZING is she has laid it out so clear and … I pre-ordered this book because I have followed Suzanne on instagram and I was so excited to order her book. I stayed up late last night just absorbing all the information. What is SO AMAZING is she has laid it out so clear and “simple”. Keto information and exactly how to do it to get results can be confusing with all the different resources. She gives you shopping list, recipes, a 30 day plan to get you started. One of the other aspects I like is is she makes it “real” , fore example, in the meal plan she uses the left overs from the day before for the next day. Her story hit me like a ton of bricks, I kept going thats me, yep, been there etc. I am looking forward to this weekend and making the “simple” yet delicious recipes! If in doubt whether or not to order this book, I am telling you you wont be disappointed, it so well done!

Wonderful Addition to my Keto Cookbook Library I’ve been following Suzanne’s amazing personal journey on Keto Karma for a few years now and she is such an inspiration. I love that she’s a mom and has really practical advice to give out, but mostly I love her pay-it-forward attitude and kind heart.This book has wonderful content- it is so much more than a cookbook and would be a great starter guide for anyone new to the keto diet. She has done a lot work, including breaking down what to buy at certain stores (Costco, Trader Joe’s, Safeway, etc.), and an easy “swap this for that” guide. My entire family eats a keto diet and her recipes are both family and budget friendly. Highly recommend!

A Must Read For Keto Beginners and Pros I am blown away by this book. I bought it thinking that it was a Keto cookbook (which it is!) but, upon receiving it, realized that it was so much more! Let me just say that I have done ALL the research on the Keto lifestyle. I never do anything without knowing everything I can about it. I opened this book and literally didn’t put it down for several hours. I never thought I would say that about a cookbook. Suzanne’s personal story is so raw and real and inspiring that I found myself in tears while I read it. Then it goes into a full breakdown of Keto, the science behind it and tips and tricks for success. Despite ALL my research, I still learned things that I didn’t know. It was totally captivating. On top of all of that, the recipes are fantastic! The pictures are beautiful and everything sounds incredibly delicious. I’m so excited to try them!
