This decaffeinated green tea extract is a 100:1 herbal extract containing catechins, a class of powerful antioxidant compounds known as polyphenols. It contains a minimum of 90% catechins, with epigallocatechin gallate, the most powerful catechin, making up a minimum of 70% of the content.

Made me feel like passing out, dizzy, awful. This product does not work for me, although I have determined that no EGCG works for me. I have tried high dose caffeinated, low dose caffeinated, and finally I tried this form of EGCG, the low dose decaffeinated. Regardless the dosage or caffeinated vs. non-caffeinated, my results are the same: EGCG in any form or dosage causes me to feel like I am going to pass out, dizzy, blurred vision, and “swimmy” in the head. I am not sure if EGCG causes me to have liver toxicity, or why I…

Easy to swallow No difficulties getting these little guys down, but the suggested 4 times a day on an empty stomach was a hassle to remember. Not sure if I saw any benefits from them because I honestly forgot to take them so often 😩
