If you are new to Keto or need some new ideas for delicious meals…I highly recommend this cookbook! I usually don’t buy cookbooks because of the internet; but I HAD to get this book. Megha and Matt have been such an inspiration to the Keto community. This is their first cookbook and wanted to support them to say thank you for making this journey to a healthier lifestyle easier!
