A Great Starter Book This is a terrific intro into the ketogenic diet. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don’t have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either – and they’re pretty delicious. It would be nice to have more pictures of the recipes, but even without them I love this book and am glad I bought it.

Easy to use! I love this book especially in kindle form. It contains easy recipes anyone can do, most can be completed under 30 minutes and can be done on any budget. My only con is that serving size for each recipe is not specified. I have to estimate, which doesn’t make it easy for those that are trying Keto for weightloss and tracking calories.
