Good variety of recipes and ingredient requirements. Easy and tasty cooking! I just finished this book and have already tried a few of the recipes. There are several poached egg options (my fav protein), plus zoodles and a ramen recipe. We’re doing the ramen tonight, I am SO EXCITED! I highly recommend the chocolate chia pudding. I know I could have gotten the ebook version, but I like being able to make notes in my cookbooks or mark certain pages, and not worry about it getting dirty while I’m cooking.
